We were very honoured to receive the COVID-19 Resilience Medal from the Prime Minister’s Office on 14th December 2023.
Throughout the pandemic, United Crest Healthcare provided essential telemedicine services for the Home Recovery Program (HRP), carefully serving the high-risk population of pregnant women.
United Crest deployed cutting-edge technology powered by Cicada-Speech, an AI voice platform providing virtual screening assistance. Pregnant COVID+ patients were assessed over the phone for suitability of enrolment into the HRP. After the phone call, their symptoms were recorded for further consultation.
Viva championed the onboarding of this programme and saw it to completion. Her dedication and unwavering commitment have helped our doctors meet the medical needs of patients amidst unprecedented challenges.
Our administrator, Jessica was awarded the medal too, recognizing her contribution. The demand for backend support and logistics during the HRP was tremendous and she was exceptional at the task, serving as an example to us.
